Twenty four days until the adventure begins. The house is a disaster as we try to get things packed up and put away to make room for the renters. We have made several trips to both the dumpster and Value Village. After 25 years of living in Alaska, we are making a major clean out! It may be a little crazy figuring out what the boxes contain upon our return.
The house rental situation has been squared up and the tenants will actually start moving their stuff over around the 1st. They will be keeping the dog and cats, so the pet sitting box is also checked. I believe one of the tenants used to play tennis, which will come in handy for hitting the tennis ball around for the dog.
A new change in the planning is that we may actually be purchasing the travel trailer here instead of in Washington. We will be making that final decision in the next few days.
I have all of Sydney's school curriculum purchased. I am excited, but she is less than impressed. Tonight I am going to show her how to start her blog, which will be part of her language arts. Maybe that will help.
